Our 13th exclusive survey of human resources practices highlights the most vulnerable companies listening to their employees. A look back at a year marked by Covid-19.
Serge GuertchakoffGreat success and new record for the 13th edition of our exclusive survey. 115 entities took part (114 in 2020, 108 in 2019, 94 in 2018). All fifteen categories could thus be maintained. But what will have marked this new edition is the situation linked to the pandemic. When our 12th survey was published (September 2, 2020), we noted a generalization of teleworking, but the second wave, then the third wave had not yet taken place. From now on, all the participants have taken into account the new deal to accelerate the process of digitization of HR, but also teleworking (with the adoption of agreements and sometimes even a process of recording working time at home).
