The Swedish Institute of Health Economics (IHE), as an international research organization, has just published, on the occasion of World Cancer Day, a report on cancer care cancer in nine countries in the Middle East and Africa (MEA). Produced in partnership with PhRMA, the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America, this IHE report is based on a comparative analysis of the cancer care landscape in the following MEA countries: Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait , Lebanon, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, South Africa and United Arab Emirates. It aims to underline the importance of tackling this scourge urgently.
Released on the occasion of World Cancer Day, which takes place on February 4 each year, the report will be the subject of a preliminary webinar to be held on February 1 and which will bring together a panel of well-known personalities in the field. of the fight against cancer.
