Since July 21 in France, people over 18 must present a health pass to have access to places of leisure and culture in places that can accommodate 50 people such as museums, cinemas and amusement parks.
From August 9, you will also have to show your credentials to access other places of everyday life: "The health pass will apply in cafes, restaurants, shopping centers, as well as in hospitals, homes retirement homes, but also in planes, trains and coaches for long journeys, only vaccinated people and people who test negative will be able to access these places,” said President Emmanuel Macron on July 12.
A speech during which he announced compulsory vaccination for caregivers and non-caregivers in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and retirement homes, as well as for professionals and volunteers with the elderly, including at home. A strongly contested measure in France, where, for the third consecutive weekend, more than 200,000 people demonstrated last Saturday against the health pass.
