Moral harassment at UFM: a second person accuses the same service chef

RCI revealed to you yesterday this accusation of harassment within the Union of Women of Martinique.A former executive assistant seized the industrial tribunal following the actions of his head of service who led him hard in 2019.The trial is therefore scheduled for October 20.

But following the dissemination of her testimony on our antenna, another employee contacted RCI.Caroline, whose first name has been changed to keep anonymity, says he has experienced the same humiliations, with the same service of service.This woman, who admits that she had the courage to file a complaint, preferred to turn the page with a certain bitterness.

But when hearing the story of the events reported by the former management assistant, they echoed his own experience in the structure.

Because Caroline remembers having suffered the same treatments at the Union of Women of Martinique, while she was working there a decade ago.

And to detail situations inflicted by its superior, the same service of service as that incriminated today.

"There are others"

Caroline, who wanted to keep anonymous and modify her voice during her testimony, did everything to forget her unhappy experience so far.She wanted to erase any link with the association, until not mentioned it in her curriculum vitae.

And if she did not have the strength to seize justice, she hopes that her testimony encourages other women to speak.
