President Joe Biden said Thursday that the United States would give Americans for free high-quality masks, while new infections of the Omicron COVIR-19 variant is skyrocketing across the country.
Biden said the United States had more than tripled the national stock of highly protective N95 masks to ensure that it is widely available for the general public. He said that masks are a crucial tool to help control thepropagation of omicron.
